In the Eat Smart, Get Moving Personal Wellness program, participants will track physical activity and food choices in terms of "points." The focus is on energy balance between food and activities. As role models for America’s children, you and your team can set a good example by maintaining your own personal wellness.
2500 "minimum points" to be obtained through activity and food choices as outlined below:
Your team's Phase 3 goal is to track a minimum of 800 points:
Allowed Bonus points for Phase 3:
Meet daily Dairy goal 4 out of 7 days per week earns 5 points
1 additional Whole Grain Servings per day (1 point each)
Meet daily Fruit/Vegetable goal 4 out of 7 days per week earns 5 points
Meet daily Physical Activity goal 4 out of 7 days per week earns 5 points
Deadline for Phase 3 reporting is February 20, 2009
